  2. Refund Eligibility: If a cancellation request is received before the commencement of services or within 48 hours of making the initial payment, clients are eligible for a full refund.

  3. Refund Procedure: Refunds will be processed within 7 business days from the date of receiving the cancellation request. The refund will be issued using the same method of payment used for the initial transaction.

  4. Non-Receipt of Release Order: In cases where clients fail to provide a release order for the commencement of services within 7 days of making the payment, a full refund will be initiated automatically.

  5. Exceptions: Refunds will not be provided under the following circumstances:

    • If services have already commenced or completed.

    • If the cancellation request is made after 48 hours of making the initial payment.

    • If the client breaches the terms outlined in the service agreement.

  6. Communication: The Gentlemen's Cult will communicate promptly with clients regarding the status of their cancellation request and refund process.
